STEMoid — Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using STEMoid services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Schools must register an authorized administrator account.
• Teachers and students must be enrolled through the school administrator.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

Curriculum Delivery: Video modules, hands-on activities, assessments.

Platform Access: STEMoid online learning management system.

Hardware Kits: Robotics, electronics, and AI kits provided under subscription.

Training & Support: Teacher training workshops and 24/7 helpdesk.

Fees and payment schedules are specified in individual partnership agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as described in the Satisfaction Guarantee. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month and service suspension after 60 days.

Engagement Guarantee: 98% student engagement within 90 days or remediation plus 50% refund.

Teacher Confidence Guarantee: 90% teacher confidence improvement within 90 days or additional support and partial refund.

Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing within 120 days of service start.

All content, software, curricula, and trademarks are owned by STEMoid. Schools receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for educational purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Users must use services for lawful educational purposes. Prohibited activities include hacking, unauthorized sharing, and misuse of kits or platforms. STEMoid reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations.

User data handled according to our Privacy Policy. Schools must obtain parental consent where required. STEMoid implements industry-standard security measures.

STEMoid’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the school in the 12 months prior to the claim. STEMoid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Schools agree to indemnify STEMoid against claims arising from misuse of services or content by users.

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees become immediately due upon termination. License to use materials terminates upon termination.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

STEMoid may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
